Section 40. Publication of Statutes and Ordinances THE AXIS UNIVERSITY UTTAR PRADESH ACT, 2011

40. Publication of Statutes and Ordinances
(1) Every Statute or Ordinance made under this Act shall be in writing.
(2) Each new Statute or Ordinance made under this Act shall be enforced as soon as it is made by the competent authority.
