Section 48. Dissolution of University

48. Dissolution of University (1) lf the University proposes its dissolution in accordance with the law governing its constitutions or incorporation, it shall give at least six months written notice to the State Government. (2) On receipt of notice referred to in sub-section (1) the State Government shall make such arrangement for administration of the University from the date of dissolution of the University and until the last batch of students in regular courses of studies of the University complete their courses or studies in such manner as may be prescribed.
