Protection of Acts done is good faith No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or the Board or any of its Committees or any member of the Board or of a Committee or any other person in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any order or direction made thereunder.
