Section 21. Meeting of the Executive Council

21.(1) The Executive Council shall meet atleast once in three months except in emergency meeting, and not less than fifteen days’ notice shall be given to the members thereof of such meeting. (2) One-third of the total number of members of the Executive Council shall form the quorum at any meeting thereof. (3) Decision shall be taken by the majority in the meeting of the Executive Council.
