27. Power to enter, etc For the purposes of preparation or execution of a plan or repairing or maintaining any work under a plan, the Bhoomi Sanrakshan Adhikari and any person generally or specially authorized by him in this behalf may enter upon, survey and mark out any land and do all acts necessary for such purposes.
