Expenditure incurred on account of salaries and allowances including contingencies The expenditure incurred by the Board for meeting, the salaries and allowances, including contingencies, of the Chairperson, Members, Secretary, officers and employees serving under or for the Board shall be paid out of the grant to be provided by the State Government.
