Section 11. Recognition of an institution in any new subject or for a higher class.

11. Recognition of an institution in any new subject or for a higher class. Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-clause (a) clause (iv) of sub section (2) of Section 10, the Board may, with the prior approval of the State Government, recognise an institution in any new subject or group of subjects for a higher class.
