Section 21. Publication and previous approval of regulations made by the Board

21. Publication and previous approval of regulations made by the Board (1) All regulations under section 21 shall be made only with the previous approval of the State Government and shall be published in the Gazette. (2) The State Government may approve any such regulations proposed by the Board with or without modification.
