27. Protection for acts done in good faith. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government, the. Board or any its Committees and sub-Committee or any other person in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule, regulation, bye-law, order or direction made thereunder.
