Section 11. Vacancies etc. not to invalidate proceedings of the Parishad1 or the Samiti THE UTTAR PRADESH BRAJ (TEERTH VIKASH PARISHAD) ACT, 2015

11. No act or proceeding of the [Parishad or of the Samiti]1 shall be invalid merely by reason of the existence of any vacancy in, or any defect in the constitution of the [Parishad or the Samiti]1 as the case may be.
