Section 22. Grants and loans by the Government

22. The State Government may after due appropriation made by Legislature by law in this behalf, make to the [Parishad] 1 grants, advances and loans of such sums of money as it may consider necessary to enable the [Parishad] 1 to carry out its functions under this Act.
