Section 6. Protection of action taken in good faith THE UTTAR PRADESH BRICKS (REGULATION OF SUPPLY) ACT, 1990

6. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done, in pursuance of this Act or anyorder made thereunder.
