Section 104. Penalty for contravention of section 8 or section 106

104. Penalty for contravention of section 8 or section 106 Any person contravening the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 8 or of section 106 shall be punishable with fine which may extend to 2[two thousand five hundred rupees]2 and in the case of continuing offence with further fine of 2[fifty rupees] for each day on which the offence is continued after conviction therefor.
