Section 129. Registrars power to permit a co-operative society to function as a Land Development Bank

129. Registrars power to permit a co-operative society to function as a Land Development Bank It shall be competent for the Registrar to permit any cooperative society carrying on the business of banking to function as a Land Development Bank under such terms and conditions and for such period as he may deem fit. Thereupon the provisions of any law relating to Co-operative Land Development Banks for the time being in force in Uttar Pradesh shall also be applicable to such co-operative society.
