Section 3. Constitution of the Commission THE UTTAR PRADESH COMMISSION FOR THE SCHEDULED CASTES AND SCHEDULED TRIBES ACT, 1995

3. (1) The State Government shall constitute a body to be known as the Uttar Pradesh Commission for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes to exercise the powers conferred on, and to perform the functions assigned to, it under this Act.
