Section 35. Punishment THE UTTAR PRADESH DOOKAN AUR VANIJYA ADHISHTHAN ADHINIYAM, 1962

2[35. Any person guilty of an offence under this Act shall be liable to fine which may, for the first offence, extend to two thousand rupees and, for every subsequent offence, to ten thousand rupees].
