Section 36. Acts and Proceedings not to be invalidated by Vacancies etc Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences Act 2015

36. No act done or proceeding taken by the Institute or any committee constituted under this Act, shall be questioned on the ground merely of the existence of any vacancy of defect in the constitution of the Institute or authority or any committee.
