Section 1. Short title and commencement Dr Shakuntala Misra Rehabilitation University Act 2009 with Ammendments

1- (1) This Act may be called Dr. Shakuntala Misra Rehabilitation University
(for Differently Abled) Uttar Pradesh Act, 2009.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on September 19, 2008.
