Section 28. Heads of the Department Dr Shakuntala Misra Rehabilitation University Act 2009 with Ammendments

28. (1) There shall be a Head of the Department for each of the departments in the University.
(2) The powers, functions, appointments and the conditions of service of the Heads of the Departments shall be such as may be prescribed.
