Section 37. Execution of contracts

37. All contracts relating to the management and administration of the University shall be expressed as made by the- Executive Council, and shall be executed by the Vice Chancellor where the value of the contracts is above ten lakh rupees and by the Registrar, where its value does not exceed ten lakh rupees.
