18. Annual Reports The Commission shall prepare annually, in such form and at such time as may be prescribed, an annual report giving an accurate and complete account of its activities during the previous year, and copies thereof shall be forwarded to the State Government and the State Government shall cause the same to be laid before both the Houses of the State Legislature.
