Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement UTTAR PRADESH FLOOD EMERGENCY POWERS (EVACUATION AND REQUISITION) ACT, 1951
In force Uttar Pradesh (State Act)
1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Flood Emergency Powers (Evacuation and Requisition) Act, 1951.
(2) It extends to the whole of the Uttar Pradesh.
(3) It shall come into force at once.
