Section 16. Estate Officer

16. There shall be an Estate Officer for the University, who shall be appointed by the State Government by a notification published in the Official Gazette and his remuneration and allowances shall be paid by the University. The Estate Officer shall be responsible for the custody, maintenance and management of all the buildings, roads, fencing, playgrounds, lawns, gardens and other properties of the University, procurement and disposal of immovable and movable property of the University and any other responsibilities as prescribed.
