Section 33. Constituent College

33.(1) Constituent Colleges shall be such as may be named by the Statutes and shall be maintained by the University or by the Government. (2) The Principal of a Constituent College shall have general control over the staffs of the college and he may exercise such other powers as may be prescribed.
