Section 36. Deputation of officers

36. Notwithstanding anything contained in this section, the Executive Council, with the prior approval of the Chancellor, may appoint teachers in the level of Associate Professor and/or Professor by way of deputation of senior officers of Forest Service and Horticulture Department serving in the pay scale commensurate to the post, the provision and procedures of which may be as laid down in the Statutes and Ordinances.
