Section 60. Officers and employee to be public servants

60. The Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Finance Controller and other employees of the University shall be deemed, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, to be public servants within the meaning of clause (28) of section 2 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
