THE UTTAR PRADESH FORESTRY AND HORTICULTURE UNIVERSITY ACT, 2026

63. (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order whether by way of modification, addition or omission, as it may deem necessary or expedient published in the Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to be necessary for removing difficulties: Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of the term of two years from the date of commencement of this Act. (2) Every order made under sub-section (1) shall be laid before the State Legislature, as soon as may be, after it is made. (3) No order made under sub-section (1) shall be called in question in any Court on the ground that no difficulty as is referred to in that sub-section existed or was required to be removed.
