Section 14. Penalty UTTAR PRADESH FRUIT NURSERIES (REGULATION) ACT, 1976

14. Penalty
Whoever contravenes any provision of this Act or the rules made thereunder shall, on conviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to Rs. 5,000 or imprisonment which may extend to six months or with both.
