4A. Grammatical variations and cognate expressions
1[4-A. In every Uttar Pradesh Act, when a word is defined —
(a) the definition shall apply unless to context of the Act otherwise require ;
(b) grammatical variations of that word and cognate expression shall have corresponding meaning.]
