23. Protection against action taken in good faith No prosecution, suit or other legal proceeding shall be instituted against the State Government, any Appropriate Authority, any other officer of the Government or any member or other employees of any Appropriate Authority for anything done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act, or the rules made there under.
