34. Revival and Rejuvenation of rivers, ponds, wells, etc. The Appropriate Authorities shall work for revival and rejuvenation of rivers, ponds, wells, etc in every village. Appropriate Authorities shall develop and execute efficient plans to conserve such rivers, ponds, wells etc.
