Section 49. Appeal to State Government from decision of Board

49. Appeal to State Government from decision of Board (1) An appeal shall lie to the State Government from every decision of the Board under this Act, except a decision made by the Board as an appellate authority. (2) Every appeal under sub-section (1) shall be preferred within three months of the date of communication of such order.
