Section 64. Savings

64. Savings Nothing in sections 61 and 62 shall apply to any person (a) who limits his practice to the art of dentistry ; or (b) who, being a nurse or midwife or health visitor registered under the United Provinces Nurses, Midwives, Assistant Midwives, and Health Visitors Registration Act, 1934, or a dai attends on a case of labour ; or (c) who is entitled to registration under section 63 of this Act.
