Section 7. First Board to be nominated by Government

7. First Board to be nominated by Government Notwithstanding anything contained in this Chapter, the first Board including the Chairman constituted after the enforcement of Part I, shall be nominated1 by the State Government and shall hold office for a period of two years from its constitution or such further period as the State Government may, by order, direct.
