Section 1. Short title and commencement THE UTTAR PRADESH HOUSE SITES (FLOOD AFFECTED AREAS) (TEMPORARY POWERS) ACT, 1957
In force Uttar Pradesh (State Act)
1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh House Sites (Flood Affected Areas) (Temporary Powers) Act, 1957.
(2) It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.
