Section 32. State Government to be a party to all proceedings under this Act

32. State Government to be a party to all proceedings under this Act (1) The State Government shall be a party to every proceeding under the provisions of this Act. (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the period of limitation for filing an appeal by the State Government shall be ninety days from the date of the order appealed against.
