Section 17. Formulation and submission of programme and scheme

17. Formulation and submission of programme and scheme It shall be the duty of the Board to formulate programmes of work and schemes for implementation in a financial year, and submit the same to the State Government in such forms and containing such particulars and by such date or dates as may be prescribed.
