31 A. Delegation of powers and functions The Board may, by general or special order, delegate either unconditionally or subject to such conditions including the ]1 condition of review by itself as may be specified in the order, to the Vice-Chairman, Chief Executive Officer or any other Officer, such of its powers and functions under the Act as it thinks fit. ]
