22. Other Officers The powers of Officers of the University other than the Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor, [the Pro-Vice-Chancellor,]16 the Finance Officer, the Registrar and the Controller of Examinations, if any appointed, shall be such as may be laid down by the Statutes.
