Section 112. Minimum closing balance shown in the budget of the Zila Panchayat UTTAR PRADESH KSHETTRA PANCHAYAT AND ZILA PANCHAYAT ACT

112. In framing a budget, a Karya Samiti shall provide for the maintenance of such minimum closing balance, if any as the State Government may, by order, prescribe.
