Section 130. Altered or modified procedure in respect of certain taxes

130. Notwithstanding anything in sections 123 to 129, the State Government may, by rule, prescribe such other or modified procedure for the imposition and alteration of any tax mentioned in clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 119 as it may think fit.
