Section 143. License fee, etc UTTAR PRADESH KSHETTRA PANCHAYAT AND ZILA PANCHAYAT ACT

143. A 1[Zila Panchayat] or a 1[Kshettra Panchayat] may charge a fee to be fixed by bye-law for any license, sanction or permission which it is entitled or required to grant by or under this Act.
