Section 149. Contents of bill
UTTAR PRADESH KSHETTRA PANCHAYAT AND ZILA PANCHAYAT ACT

149. Every such bill shall specify - (a) the period for which, and the property, occupation, circumstance or thing in respect of which, the sum is claimed, (b) the liability for penalty enforceable in default of payment, and (c) the time within which an appeal, if any, may be preferred as provided in section 136.
