Section 26. Disqualification for being a member or an Adhyaksha UTTAR PRADESH KSHETTRA PANCHAYAT AND ZILA PANCHAYAT ACT

1[26. A person who is subject to any of the disqualifications mentioned in section 13, shall be disqualified for being elected as a member under section 18 or as an Adhyaksha or 2[x x x] under section 19. ]
