Members of Board, Labour Welfare Commissioner and all other officers andservants of Board to bepublice servants The members of the Board, the Labour Welfare Commissioner and all other officers and servants of the Board shall be deemed to be public servancts within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian penal Code, 1860 (Act No. XLV of 1860)
