Section 16. Protection for acts done in good faith THE UTTAR PRADESH LIFTS AND ESCALATORS ACT, 2024

16. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall be instituted against any office for anything which is done in good faith, or intended to be done under this Act or the rules or the order made thereunder.
