Section 1. Short title and commencement Uttar Pradesh Maharishi University of Information Technology Act, 2001

1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Maharishi University of Information Technology Act, 2001.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on August 7, 2001.
