Section 15. The Finance Officer Uttar Pradesh Maharishi University of Information Technology Act, 2001

15. The Finance Officer shall be appointed by the Chancellor in such manner and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed or may be required by the Chancellor, the ViceChancellor or the Registrar.
