Section 23. Proceedings not to be invalidated on account of vacancy Uttar Pradesh Maharishi University of Information Technology Act, 2001

23. No act or proceeding of any authority of the University shall be invalid merely by reason of the existence of any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the authority.
