Section 33. Provident and pension funds Uttar Pradesh Maharishi University of Information Technology Act, 2001

33. The University shall constitute for the benefit of its employees such provident or pension fund and provide such insurance scheme as it may deem fit in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
